Enhance your athletic performance with our focused one-hour small group sessions. Tailored to develop speed, strength, agility, and plyometrics, these sessions provide targeted training in an intimate group setting. Choose your coach and preferred location, then book a time that suits your schedule.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Small Group Sessions: Due to the nature of the coaches and facilities, at this time refunds will not be given for cancellations and/or no-shows.
Note: Small group sessions are subject to a minimum number of players signing up. In the event the minimum number of players are not signed up for an event, the coach may cancel. A refund will be given if the coach cancels the event.
